Where most patients are at 6 months

Dose: 1.7–2.4 mg sema or 10–15 mg tirz typical. Weight loss: 12–18% of starting body weight is typical. Many at 80% of their final response.

Body composition

Without resistance training: ~70% fat / 30% lean mass loss. With resistance training + protein 1.6–2.0 g/kg: shifts toward 80%+ fat loss.

Cardiometabolic markers

BP down 3–5 mmHg typical. LDL down 5–10%. Triglycerides down 15–30%. A1c down 1–2% in T2D. Sleep often improved.

Lifestyle integration

Eating patterns largely settled. Most patients describe 'food noise quieting.' Exercise tolerance improved with weight loss.
