Each of the four physicians on our medical advisory board has signed a written disclosure attesting:
- No advisory or board positions at any GLP-1 telehealth provider we review.
- No equity holdings in any GLP-1 telehealth provider we review.
- No payments or honoraria from any GLP-1 telehealth provider we review.
- No prescribing relationships with any GLP-1 telehealth provider we review (i.e., they do not write prescriptions through any of these platforms).
- No commercial financial relationships with manufacturers (Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly) beyond customary professional society participation.
Compensation from GLPOneMedical is a flat retainer for editorial review work, paid by the publisher (Ranika Partners LLC). The retainer is fixed annually; it does not vary with traffic, affiliate revenue, or any other commercial metric of the site.

How review works
Each editorial page is reviewed by the specialist whose subspecialty most closely matches the page's content:
- Clinical trial summaries, weight-loss efficacy: Dr. Allen (endocrinology) + Dr. Bottoni (sign-off).
- Cardiovascular outcomes: Dr. Bentley (cardiometabolic) + Dr. Bottoni (sign-off).
- Compounding framework, drug interactions, salt vs base: Dr. Lora (pharmacology) + Dr. Bottoni (sign-off).
- Provider reviews: All four reviewers consulted; Dr. Bottoni provides final clinical sign-off.
- General editorial pages: Dr. Bottoni reviews.
The reviewer's name appears in the author byline at the foot of every page.
