GLPOneMedical collects minimal information. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to opt out.
What we collect
Automatic (when you visit the site)
- Web server logs: IP address, user agent, referring URL, requested URL, timestamp. Used for security monitoring and aggregated traffic analysis. Retained 30 days.
- Cookies for analytics: Anonymous, aggregated traffic analytics (Plausible Analytics — cookieless EU-based provider). No personal identifiers stored.
When you click an affiliate link
- Your browser is redirected to the provider's site with UTM parameters (
utm_source=glpweightlossguide&utm_medium=referral) for the provider's referral attribution. - We receive no personal information about you from the provider unless you choose to provide it directly to the provider as part of signing up.
When you email us
- We collect your email address and the content of your message. Used to respond to your inquiry. Stored as long as needed to respond and resolve.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run targeted advertising on the site.
- We do not embed third-party tracking pixels (Facebook, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- We do not require account creation.
- We do not collect health information from readers. (Provider sites you visit through our links will collect health information directly from you, subject to their own privacy policies.)
Third parties
- Plausible Analytics (EU-based, cookieless) for aggregated traffic analytics.
- Affiliate networks (the providers we link to) receive a referral notification when you click through. They do not receive personal information from us; they collect it directly from you on their site.
- Hosting provider (Cloudflare/standard hosting) sees web requests as a normal consequence of serving the site.
Children
GLPOneMedical is intended for adult readers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
Email glponemedical@gmail.com to:
- Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of any personal information we hold about you.
- Object to processing.
EU/UK residents: same rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. California residents: same rights under CCPA/CPRA. Other state residents: same rights as state law provides.

We update this policy when our practices change. Material updates will be announced at the top of this page.
