A public log of every material editorial correction we've made. We don't silently update — we date, log, and source every change.
How to request a correction
Email glponemedical@gmail.com with:
- The URL of the page in question.
- The specific claim you're contesting (please quote the exact phrasing).
- Your supporting source for the correction.
We respond within 5 business days. If we agree, we update the page and log the correction here within 10 business days. If we disagree, we'll explain why.

None yet. Initial publication of this corrections log coincides with the May 2026 editorial relaunch. As corrections are made, they will appear here chronologically with full source attribution.
What counts as a correction
We log:
- Factual errors in clinical content (incorrect numbers, indications, mechanisms).
- Factual errors in provider review content (pricing, pharmacy partners, clinical oversight claims).
- Score changes that change a provider's ranking position.
- Source attributions that turn out to be incorrect or stale.
We do not log:
- Routine pricing updates (those are logged in the weekly pricing-index refresh date).
- Routine news-desk additions (those are dated to the underlying event).
- Typo fixes or formatting corrections without semantic change.
- Style/tone improvements that don't change factual content.
How to verify a correction
Every corrections entry links to the page that was corrected and to the source supporting the correction. You can also use the Wayback Machine to view prior versions of any page on this site.
