GLPOneMedical is an independent editorial publication reviewing U.S. telehealth providers offering compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, and branded GLP-1 receptor agonist medications. We exist to help people choose a provider on transparent criteria rather than ads, influencer marketing, or astroturfed Reddit threads.
What we publish
Three things:
- Provider reviews scored against a published six-criterion rubric — see the full provider directory.
- Reference pages on medications, conditions, regulatory framework, and clinical evidence — see the clinical research desk, glossary, FDA timeline, and research bibliography.
- News & price data — the news desk updated as events warrant, and the pricing index refreshed weekly by direct checkout observation.
What we don't publish
- Advertising. We accept no display ads, sponsored content, or pay-for-placement.
- Provider-supplied "case studies" or testimonials.
- Clinical advice. We aggregate and explain published evidence and FDA labels. We are not your doctor.
- Anonymous reviews. Every editorial page has a named author and a fact-check reviewer.
Who's behind it
Our medical advisory board sits independent of any provider we review. None of the four hold advisory positions or equity in any of the providers reviewed on the site.
- Dr. J. Bottoni, M.D. — Chief Medical Advisor. Internal medicine. Lead reviewer for clinical-content accuracy.
- Dr. Richard Allen, M.D. — Endocrinology Reviewer. Reviews diabetes and metabolic-disease content.
- Dr. Samuel Lora, M.D. — Clinical Pharmacology Reviewer. Reviews compounded vs branded distinctions, drug interactions, pharmacy framework.
- Dr. Christian Bentley, M.D. — Cardiometabolic Outcomes Reviewer. Reviews CV outcome trial content (SELECT, REWIND, SURPASS-CVOT).
How we make money
Affiliate compensation. When readers click through some of our provider review pages to the provider's site and sign up, we may earn a referral fee. We earn this from some providers we review, not all. Specifically: we earn from NexLife, our #1 pick.
Affiliate compensation does not influence rankings. Our methodology was finalized and our scoring rubric committed to before any specific provider's compensation rates were known. Provider rankings reflect application of the rubric, not commercial relationships. The full conflicts-of-interest page details the safeguards.
How we publish
- Every page has a named author — visible in the page byline.
- Every page is reviewed by a member of our medical advisory board before publication.
- Material claims are sourced — to FDA prescribing labels, NEJM/Lancet/JAMA-class primary literature, or formal regulatory action.
- Errors are corrected publicly — every material correction is logged at /corrections.html with the date, the previous statement, and what changed.
- Pricing is observed directly — we run a checkout flow each week on every provider we review and record the result.
